ANGELINA (BERTRAND Group)
Founded in 1903 by the Austrian confectioner Antoine Rumpelmayer, Angelina (named after his daughter in law) has imposed itself year after year as an institution for afternoon delicacies.
Soon after its opening, Angelina becomes the meeting point for Parisian aristocracy: its lounges have welcomed Proust, Coco Chanel, and the greatest French designers.
A unique place to savour the famous hot chocolate and the unmistakable Mont Blanc, which secrets of fabrication have been kept hidden for more than a century.
After opening more than ten "salon de thé" in Japan, the Bertrand Group is now relying on SOFRACE for its establishment of Angelinas in the Middle East and Thailand.
