Created in 1997 by Francesca Albanese Arbogast and her husband Bertrand Arbogast, « Francesca » was born from a common passion for Italian cuisine, and from the will to share pasta dishes stemming from family recipes with as many people as possible.

Pasta simply good, naturally healthy.

Francesca's development initiated in 2003 as branches and licences and is spreading, to allow
more and more people to eat healthy / quality products, in accordance with the traditional Italian cuisine.

Since 2007, Francesca International is working with SOFRACE for the development of its concept in licence outside of Europe.
