L'entrecôte Relais de Paris is a simple catering concept based on a single-formula offer : a walnut salad, a sliced sirloin served with the famous « sauce Relais de Paris », and homemade French fries.
Our aim being to serve customers quickly, while maintaining the sort of quality expected in a traditional restaurant, and providing the pleasant setting of a Parisian brasserie.
The success of the concept is down to the inimitable "SAUCE RELAIS DE PARIS" which is
systematically served with all dishes and an unlimited quantity of French fries.
Already present in Morocco and Syria, "l'entrecôte Relais de Paris" is in the process of being established in Jordan and Qatar thanks to SOFRACE.
